Spring is here...

So this is the second time in a week that I got to go out in our back yard with my kids and fly a kite... James LOVES it!!! Salah and Liz were busy playing in the grass and the playhouse to really enjoy the serenity of flying a kite.

whew...

February was hectic, and I'm glad that March wasn't quite as bad.

We had family here for two weekends in a row, still moving in and unpacking, Salah turned 3, and minor stuff that went on that made the month seem full!!

Good News!!!! (dun, dun, dun)

Busy February...

We have a very busy February coming up...

David's parents are moving to Adelaide, AUS where Richard grew up. So, since they're moving and they haven't been out here to see us in the 3 1/2 years we've lived in PA, they're driving out on the 4th and then flying from here to CA and then on to AUS on the 6th. So pray for safe traveling all around the states and the world!

Sooo...

We've found a house(!!) for a short time you may see the visual tour of the house here:

We'll post pictures and a video once we get settled... and by the way, there's plenty, PLENTY of room for visitors! (hint, hint!!)

Christmas and New Year's Wrap up...

Hi all!

I'm not going to bore you all with details of our holidays, just some of the details :o)

We had Nic, Megan and Colin (Megs brother) here for the weekend and Christmas, it was a bit cramped but we made do.

We were able to go to Chris and Monica's church for Sunday Service, and then afterwards they were able to join us all for lunch... WITH AIDA!!!!

Dan's final update...

for a while anyways.

I got to see Dan yesterday, he was at my parents house playing Halo 3 with Nic and Taylor... Crazy kid!!
He's doing great, and really joyful to be alive. He's taking his Christmas break and hanging with friends in SD and then will head back to YWAM early January to finish his commitment for being on staff until April.

Dan...

He goes in this morning, Tuesday, at 9am for surgery.

He's been up and writing notes, and smiling at people at the hospital. God is Good and it is evident!!

Prayers Please...

Dear family and friends,
A dear friend of ours, Dan Griebenow, was shot in the neck early Sunday morning at YWAM (Youth With A Mission) Denver. He's in Critical but stable condition, and they'll be keeping him sedated and uncontious until Tuesday when they'll do a surgery to take the bullet out of his neck.

a hunting we will go, a hunting we will go...

Hi ho the dairy oh, a hunting we will go.

House hunting that is.

Birthday fun...

If you remember, this time last year we had a baby... Elizamay. We celebrate her birthday last Thursday evening. We had leftover Thanksgiving food, and we used the Pumpkin pie for her cake. SHE LOVED IT!!

She's saying 'mama', 'dada' and 'hi dad'. She's not walking yet, and seems to have very little interest in doing so, but boy, can she crawl!!
